In 2012 I held the position of partner with the RnR Group in Maarn, the Netherlands. RnR Group is a collective of senior entrepreneurs who collaborate with their clients on complex issues concerning sustainable development of people, organisations and the community as a whole. Development of public space and city development are two key areas where we contribute towards new forms of collaboration that include and transcend the current ones. Public, Private, Personal Partnerships is a matter of both the exterial as the interial. In my work I focus on alignment between the interial and the external. This partnership is now continued from my company ATMA.
Sources of inspiration are holistic worldviews as the Integral Theory (Ken Wilber); Spiral Dynamics integral ( Don Beck); Theory U (Otto Scharmer, Peter Senge); Chaordic Design (Dee Hock); Holacracy (Robertson) and the Corporate Lyfecycle theory (Adizes) Amongst other practices I work with the Art of Hosting principles (Paludan-Moller); Worldcafe (Brown & Isaacs); Appreciative Inquiry (Cooperryder) Open-Space technology (Owen) and Cultural Transformation Tools (Barrett).
I am a spiritual practitioner, but do not have a particular traditional practice I follow. I have had Buddhist teachings in the Mahayan tradition in Bodhgaya; I am connected with the ALIA institute that has it origins in Shambhala Buddhism and have been initiated in Dzogchen Buddhism. I have had Hindu teachings based on the advaita and upanishads in India and am a certified teacher of the Oneness University. I have had Sufi teachings in Indonesia and got married at the Sufi temple in Katwijk, the Netherlands and I come from a Jewish family. I studied the Bible, the Koran and other religious writings and consider myself an Integral practitioner. For bodywork I use Taoist practices, I have been trained in Chi-Kung in the Shaolin tradition and I love the Uzazu work by Dylan Newcomb.
